The NACS port is expected to be the new standard for electric vehicles going forward.

Control Wheels

The new control wheels integrated into the steering wheel are a notable improvement to the interior design of the R2. While looking stylish, basically floating, the wheels have been lauded by everyone who uses them as “the future” and one of the standout features of the R2.

Slide-Down Rear Window

The R2 is designed with adventure in mind, and the slide-down rear window is a testament to that. The Rivian R2 is the most exciting electric vehicle that is currently known to be in development. The R2 is expected to be a game changer in the electric vehicle market, with its combination of performance, range, and price. I’ve put in a reservation for one already, and I expect that the R2, if it fulfils it’s promise, will be a huge success and the vehicle that brings Rivian into the mainstream.
